Meet the Founder
Jenn Kikel-Lynn
Giving back is integral to who Jenn is. Alongside managing a successful real estate brokerage, K Real Estate, known as "The Give Back Brokerage," Jenn is also the founder of Yellow for Life, a nonprofit committed to suicide prevention. Yellow for Life conducts suicide prevention workshops at local universities like UVU. Jenn is also the founder of The FMK Foundation, a nonprofit committed to helping individuals & families heal from trauma and addiction by providing resources focused on mental health and suicide awareness.
Jenn sought to merge her passion for philanthropy with her real estate endeavors. With every transaction through her brokerage, a portion of the commissions are held in a separate fund to be used for donations throughout the year to one of her nonprofit community partners. She engages both clients and agents in the process, ensuring that donations support causes they are passionate about.
History of Give Back Connect
2024 marks our 9th year of giving back!
Give Back and Connect originated as a LinkedIn group, providing a space for Jenn's community partners, clients, and agents to stay connected. This invaluable resource serves as a platform to share upcoming events, ask for donations or advice, and celebrate successes while addressing challenges. Over the past four years, Give Back and Connect has grown to nearly 9,000 members, becoming the 2nd largest nonprofit networking group on LinkedIn worldwide.
Although Give Back and Connect has expanded to include nonprofit organizations beyond Jenn's original community partners, members continue to make authentic and meaningful connections. Recently, two members, who were previously unacquainted, connected through the group and founded a nonprofit serving the homeless population in Georgia. Additionally, two well-established nonprofit organizations collaborated and shared resources for an upcoming Gala in Salt Lake City, saving time and expenses. These are just a few examples of the opportunities afforded by Give Back and Connect.
